We have the Winter Solstice this week, the shortest and darkest day of the year and also a very powerful day where the earth aligns with the galactic center of the universe, every year at this time. Even though it is dark, there is so much light illuminating our planet right now, a reminder of the balance of light in darkness.
December started off with a collective fog but we are moving into a more positive time and our new opportunities will now be revealing themselves from behind the fog of life trials.
We have been trudging up a mountain for so long, doing all the work and steps we needed to take to build our lives and shape foundations, it's only a matter of time before we reached a pinnacle and start to reap the rewards. Your pinnacle is in sight now.
Engines are revving for all systems go, and you begin to feel like you put behind a challenging period where you can finally take a big breath of fresh air, things are opening up now.
We are also in a space of having a sense of adventure. Wanderlust is a big theme right now with all of this forward movement revving as we move closer to the new year and the adventurous sign of Sagittarius. Adventure is ultimately novelty and novelty is inspiration. Your soul may be pining for inspiration as we move into the new year, listen to what it is nudging you.
We are also starting to come up with our game plan for this coming year. Just know that the details don’t need to be figured out but you can begin to shift yourself into an awareness of what feels right for you and what you would like your life to look like.
This time of year can be so amped with the holidays, so lets take a pause for a moment right here, wherever you are, whatever you are doing, take a giant deep breath and hold it for a moment, let the breath move into your belly, so you really take a full breath. Imagine all the areas within you that may feel unbalanced and feel into them, now purse your lips and let your breath slowly seep out your mouth, envisioning all of those unbalanced areas being released with the breath. Our breath is our best friend at stressful times, it can be as simple as that, return to the breath, return to this now moment, return to you.
