Autumn Equinox and All Systems Go!
This week begins the forward momentum that I’ve been referencing in previous updates. Saturn moves direct after four months retrograde asking us to revisit the past and our commitments in life. It’s all systems go now, after evaluating all areas of our life and making tweaks where we needed as well as integrating and refilling our cups, we are ready for movement. We feel a little more replenished and aware of the pieces of our life, goals, imbalances and such, so we are ready to put things into motion. There may be some grief arising or over sensitivity currently as we truly let go of our old self, a long cycle of life that is being put to rest. We are getting to know who we are now after all the integration and there may be some vulnerability and rawness with that. There is an appreciation for a life cycle and an integration of all the lessons learned during that cycle. The integration was needed to create space for the new to enter. As we find our sea legs again, we realize that dreams are beginning to emerge and life seems to find a rhythm and flow that we haven’t felt in a very long time. This is a very exciting week ahead of expansion and magic returning to our lives. We also have the Autumnal Equinox on the 22nd into 23rd depending on where you are in the world, will speak more about that next week but it is signaling a shift of seasons and into the Fall. As we enter a completely new season we begin to realize that are lives start to reflect a shift as well.
How do you start and end your day? Do you reach for your phone or technology to cap your days? Or can you sit with yourself to shape the flavor of your day and also turn within as the day winds down. In our technology infused culture, we can be so reliant on these tools that we turn to them before our own inner world. Remember this as you shape your day and quiet down for the night, it’s a choice of what to focus. Tuning into your inner world offers you greater clarity, insight and awareness of the undertone of your equilibrium through your days.
